Terms of Service

By accessing or using dokumenhalal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use our service.
1. About the Service
dokumenhalal.com is an independent SaaS service that helps SMEs and halal companions prepare Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) documents in the format of BPJPH Decree No. 57 of 2022. We are not part of BPJPH, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia, LPH, or MUI. Official halal certificates are issued only by BPJPH through SiHalal.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate, current information at registration. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
The service is intended for SMEs, halal companions (P3H/LP3H), and Halal Inspection Bodies (LPH) preparing SJPH documents. You may not: (a) engage in unlawful activity; (b) falsify SME data; (c) misuse the official BPJPH halal logo; (d) reverse-engineer or attack our infrastructure; (e) send spam or malicious payloads through the service.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the SME data you submit to the service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that data as needed to operate the service. You warrant that you have the rights to submit the data and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the dokumenhalal.com software, interfaces, templates, prompts, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated documents will be accepted by BPJPH in every case — the final decision rests with the reviewing authority. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, upon a lawful authority's request, or if we discontinue the service entirely with at least 30 days' prior notice. A reasonable data export window will be provided after termination.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notice before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court.
